Position Overview We are seeking a motivated Hydrovac Operator & Business Development Representative who can operate our hydrovac truck while helping grow our customer base. This is more than an operator position — we are looking for someone who understands the industry, communicates well with customers, identifies opportunities, and wants to grow with the company. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to increase their earnings through business development and performance-based incentives.
