About the role

Are you a Residential Rental Property Manager looking for your next big career move with a constantly growing and expanding third party property management company?

Compensation $70,000 - $95,000 per annum. Benefits & Perks 3 weeks vacation Medical and Dental benefits Health Spending Account Responsibilities • Full operational management of assigned residential rental properties • Budget preparation, variance analysis, and financial oversight • Rent reviews and revenue optimization • Oversight of maintenance programs and capital projects • Tenant relations, conflict resolution, and RTB matters • Lease negotiation and renewals • Coordination with building managers and support staff • Client reporting and strategic advisory input • Ensuring compliance with the Residential Tenancy Act Qualifications 3+ years experience managing a residential rental portfolio Has obtained rental property license
