About the role
About the Role IoTKinect is seeking an organized, detail-driven Operations & Inventory Coordinator to own the workflows keeping our orders moving, pricing accurate, and sales team responsive. You'll be the single accountable owner for order processing, inventory and pricing integrity, system administration, inside sales support, executive travel booking, and bank deposit checks—a high-trust role where your accuracy directly protects revenue.
Key Responsibilities
Order Management • Process incoming orders and POS requests accurately and on time • Coordinate with Sales on quotes with same-day turnaround for standard items
Inventory & Pricing Control • Maintain item master data, costs, and sale pricing, including system-wide updates • Run weekly pricing audits with a secondary reviewer in Sales Ops or Finance
System Administration • Configure user permissions and maintain routine inventory/order software functions • Escalate technical issues and see them through to resolution
Receiving Support • Coordinate with our Receiver and backfill hardware receiving when needed
Executive Support • Book travel for the CEO and VP • Administer bank deposit checks
Front Desk Coverage • Greet couriers and occasional walk-ins • Triage inbound inquiries to Sales or Operations
Role Boundaries • Primary receiving stays with our Receiver—this role backfills only as needed • Finance retains reconciliation and accounting—this role handles deposit checks, not ledger management
Required Qualifications • Strong administrative and organizational skills with proven attention to detail • Comfort learning and administering business software • Ability to manage competing priorities, balancing focused pricing/system work with front-desk responsiveness • Clear, professional communication with customers, couriers, vendors, and internal teams
Preferred Qualifications • Experience with order processing, quoting, or POS systems • Prior inventory system administration or sales operations experience
