Notre client est une entreprise québécoise alimentaire en croissance reconnue pour ses produits innovants et sa présence dominante dans sa catégorie à l’échelle nationale.
Ils recherchent un(e) Directeur Recherche et Développement pour faire évoluer le portefeuille de produits, de la conception jusqu’à la commercialisation.
Responsabilités Diriger le développement de formulations pour nouveaux produits, extensions de gamme Piloter les projets d’innovation du concept à la production commerciale Gérer le pipeline d’innovation avec les équipes Marketing et Commerciales Optimiser goût, stabilité et durée de vie et coûts Superviser les évaluations sensorielles et essais consommateurs Identifier les ingrédients, technologies et tendances émergentes Maintenir et améliorer les systèmes qualité, salubrité et conformité Gérer HACCP, PCP, programmes fournisseurs et protocoles alimentaires Superviser audits internes/externes et amélioration continue Maintenir les standards qualité et processus de libération Fournir une expertise en fermentation, ingrédients, transformation et fabrication Diriger les mises à l’échelle industrielles
Exigences Baccalauréat ou maitrise en sciences des aliments, chimie, biochimie, microbiologie, génie chimique ou domaine connexe 10+ ans d’expérience en boissons, produits laitiers ou alimentation Expérience en gestion Qualité, Salubrité et R&D Bilinguisme
