This role is ideal for an experienced and enthusiastic Operations Manager with a strong background in real estate support.
Based in Langley, I am seeking a full-time, in-person Executive Assistant / Operations Manager to help lead and elevate the day-to-day operations of a high-performing real estate business. This is a key strategic role responsible for overseeing administrative, transaction, marketing, client care, and operational functions.
I’m looking for a proactive, detail-oriented professional who can confidently manage and optimize daily operations in a fast-paced real estate environment. In this leadership-focused position, you will oversee all areas of the business - From administration and marketing to client care and general operations - helping ensure smooth systems, exceptional client experiences, and ongoing business growth.

Monday to Friday, 9 am-5 pm (with occasional evening and weekend work as needed)
Compensation:
$55,000 - $65,000+ yearly DOE PLUS Bonus Structure
Responsibilities:

CRM Management: Maintain and update client databases to ensure accurate and timely communication and follow-up

Transaction Coordination: Manage workflows and timelines for listings and purchases from start to finish

Client Communication: Act as the primary point of contact, providing consistent and professional updates throughout the buying or selling process

Buyer Tour Coordination: Organize and schedule property showings based on client preferences and availability

Email & Calendar Management: Handle inboxes, schedule appointments, and keep team members organized and on track

Marketing Preparation: Assist with creating and coordinating listing materials, brochures, and promotional content

Social Media & Website Management: Oversee content creation, posting, and engagement to maintain a strong online brand presence

Event Planning: Plan and execute client appreciation events, open houses, and team functions from concept to completion
Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate operations or team management.

Valid BC driver's license and reliable vehicle.

Strong leadership skills.

Highly proficient with Pipedrive CRM, Trello/Asana, and Google Workspace.

Excellent organization and follow-up habits.

Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Able to take initiative and anticipate needs before they arise.

Strong communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
