Flat Roofing Foreman – Barrie, ON We are hiring an experienced Flat Roofing Foreman to lead our commercial roofing crews across Barrie and the surrounding Simcoe County area. If you’re a skilled leader with strong flat roofing experience and a commitment to quality workmanship, we want to connect with you. ⭐ Position Summary The Flat Roofing Foreman oversees daily jobsite operations, manages crew performance, ensures safety compliance, and delivers high‑quality installations on TPO, EPDM, PVC, BUR, and modified bitumen systems throughout Barrie and nearby project locations. 🔧 Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise flat roofing crews on commercial projects Coordinate materials, equipment, and daily jobsite tasks Ensure installations meet manufacturer and company standards Maintain a safe, organized jobsite Communicate with project managers, clients, and inspectors Train and mentor team members to improve skill and productivity 📌 Required Experience 10+ years of flat roofing experience Previous foreman or crew‑lead experience Strong knowledge of TPO, EPDM, PVC, BUR, and mod‑bit systems Ability to read plans and follow specifications Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for Barrie‑area travel Comfortable working in all weather conditions 💼 What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Year‑round work across Barrie and Simcoe County Opportunities for advancement Supportive team environment Paid training and certifications 📨 How to Apply Apply directly through Indeed or send your resume to Mail@Roofco.ca. The program is a long-term preventative program that involves three basic elements, including: a survey, a detailed summary of short and long-term scheduled maintenance for the roof and finally an outline of costs associated within the Commercial Roofing Maintenance Program.
Serving South Central Ontario, including Simcoe County, Barrie, Newmarket, Muskoka and Collingwood.
