Description sommaire du poste proposé : Afin de combler les besoins de ses clients dans le secteur des TI, FOP Consultants est à la recherche de consultants en gestion de changement motivés à la réalisation de mandats. Les principales missions seraient d'accompagner les projets de transformation en assurant la planification, la coordination et le déploiement des activités de gestion du changement et de soutenir les gestionnaires, les équipes de projet et les parties prenantes afin de favoriser l'adhésion, de réduire les impacts organisationnels et d'assurer une transition efficace vers les nouveaux processus, pratiques et outils.
Description spécifique des responsabilités : Sans s’y limiter, les principales responsabilités du poste sont les suivantes :
Exercer un rôle-conseil en gestion du changement auprès des équipes de projet, des gestionnaires et des parties prenantes. Analyser les impacts organisationnels, les parties prenantes et les risques liés aux changements afin de recommander des stratégies d'accompagnement adaptées. Élaborer, planifier et coordonner les activités de gestion du changement en cohérence avec les objectifs des projets et les orientations organisationnelles. Collaborer étroitement avec les chargés de projet afin d'assurer l'intégration des livrables et l'alignement des interventions de gestion du changement. Mobiliser les parties prenantes, accompagner les équipes dans l'adoption des changements et favoriser leur engagement tout au long du projet. Assurer le suivi des indicateurs de performance des activités de gestion du changement, participer aux comités de projet et formuler des recommandations d'amélioration continue.
Description du profil recherché : Baccalauréat ou maîtrise en informatique, génie des logiciels ou toute autre discipline connexe; 5 (cinq) à 8 (huit) années d'expérience dans les technologies de l'information; 3 (trois) à 7 (sept) années d’expérience à titre de conseiller en gestion de changement; Posséder une certification reconnue en méthodologie Agile (ex. : PSM, CSPO, CSM, etc.); Excellente maîtrise de la suite MS Office; Excellentes aptitudes en communication orale et en rédaction, en français et en anglais; Mobilité.
Entrée en fonction : Le plus tôt possible

Brief description of the position : In order to meet the needs of its clients in the IT sector, FOP Consultants is seeking Change Management consultants motivated to deliver assignments. The main missions will be to support transformation projects by ensuring the planning, coordination, and deployment of change management activities, and to support managers, project teams, and stakeholders in order to foster adoption, reduce organizational impacts, and ensure an effective transition to new processes, practices, and tools.
Main responsibilities : Without limitation, the main tasks involve:
Act as an advisor in change management for project teams, managers, and stakeholders. Analyze organizational impacts, stakeholders, and risks related to changes in order to recommend appropriate support strategies. Develop, plan, and coordinate change management activities in alignment with project objectives and organizational directions. Collaborate closely with project managers to ensure the integration of deliverables and the alignment of change management activities. Mobilize stakeholders, support teams in the adoption of changes, and promote their engagement throughout the project. Monitor the performance indicators of change management activities, participate in project committees, and formulate recommendations for continuous improvement.
Qualifications : Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or any other related discipline; Five (5) to eight (8) years of experience in Information Technology; Three (3) to seven (7) years of experience as a Change Management Consultant; Hold a recognized Agile certification (e.g., PSM, CSPO, CSM, etc.); Excellent knowledge of the MS Office Suite; Excellent oral communication and writing skills in French and English; Mobility.
