Are you detail-oriented and passionate about accuracy? Do you enjoy working behind the scenes to support smooth operations across multiple locations? Central Alberta Co-op is offering the perfect opportunity for you! We're currently seeking a part-time Gas Bar File Maintenance Clerk to join our collaborative and high-performing team at the Business Support Centre in Red Deer.
Position: Gas Bar File Maintenance Clerk
Part-time: 24 to 36 hours per week. Eligible for benefits after 3 months. If you are relocating from another province, please ensure you have AB Health coverage to be covered by our plan provider.
Availability: Weekdays
Responsibilities
Provide outstanding customer service. Maintain Master Price List with attention to detail and accuracy regarding the Laid in Cost, Suggested Retail Price, and by calculation of Profit Margin. Visit all gas bar sites quarterly to ensure proper execution and confirming that tag pricing and placement is accurate. Create tag files for every update and advise locations when they are ready to print. Ensure that all duties are completed in a timely, efficient manner. Assist with special projects as required and assist with other divisions as needed. Be familiar with and adhere to Central Alberta Co-op policies and procedures. Assist with troubleshooting hardware and software issues that arise. Perform additional duties as assigned by the manager.
Qualifications
Grade 12 education Previous experience in a File Maintenance back-office setting and Storepoint Price Maintenance is an asset. Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Strong time management skills and attention to detail Ability to lift up to 50 lbs; some heavy lifting is required. Applicants must be over 14 years old (Employment Standards mandates a permit to employ a person aged 14 or under, thus disclosure is required).
