About the role

Job Description:

Over 8 years of software testing manager experience. Proficiency with product-relevant testing and process tools. Excellent managerial skills with the ability to lead and inspire a team. Experience with test automation frameworks, Software Testing and Applications Development. Eagerness to learn, introduce and improve new and existing test practice and process. Experience in automation test development in Selenium framework with TestNG, Maven, Log4j, Extent Reports, Junit, and Cucumber BDD or other automation tools. Medical Devices software test automation on O-arm for Surgical Imaging and maintaining FDA standards for surgical imaging systems is a plus. Develop VnV protocols in the Healthcare domain and developing Test Plans and Strategies. Lead and manage the test engineering team, providing mentorship and support to ensure the highest level of performance. Collaborate with across the business working with various teams to identify and resolve testing issues and optimize testing workflows. Provide end-to-end software testing support for time and business critical projects by leading test strategy, plan, execution, documentation, defect management and status reporting. Implements core project management tools, methods and best practices to assemble software testing plans that align with the project/release and with expectations of sponsors and stakeholders, and meets business needs. Develop and maintain software test automation frameworks, solutions, and automated test scripts using Selenium, TestComplete, TestNG, etc. with JavaScript, Java programming and with Artificial Intelligence technologies and AI powered automation tools. Develop and maintain end-to-end Automation Scripts, Automation frameworks, and review of Test Scripts. Experience in data analysis with SSIS packages and SQL servers for analysis of patient data in the healthcare domain. Provide training and development opportunities for team members to improve their skills and knowledge.
