The opportunity A leading global consulting firm is looking for a purpose-driven manufacturing leader in Montreal to help lead its Smart Operations practice. You'll bring senior operational depth, ideally forged in aerospace, and the professional-services maturity to lead teams and clients through complex transformation. What you'll do Provide senior leadership across manufacturing and smart-operations engagements Shape strategy and direction while staying close to delivery Lead and develop consulting teams; build and deepen client relationships Bring aerospace-grade operational discipline to client environments across sectors What you'll bring Significant, senior experience leading manufacturing and/or operations work Aerospace experience strongly preferred — depth in that environment is a major asset Professional-services / consulting experience and the maturity to lead both teams and clients Based in (or able to work from) Montreal Who you are You lead by example on the values we hire for: purpose-driven, ambitious, resilient, curious, and driven by the desire to grow.
