Valhalla provides exposure to high-quality, high-grade copper‑zinc‑precious metals projects with substantial growth potential. Role Description The VP Investor Relations is a full-time, Flexible / Vancouver, Canada. This position is responsible for developing and executing the investor relations strategy, including maintaining relationships with current and prospective shareholders, analysts, and the broader investment community. Day-to-day tasks include preparing and delivering investor presentations, organizing roadshows and site visits, managing earnings and corporate update communications, and overseeing the creation and distribution of press releases and investor materials. The role will collaborate closely with executive leadership and finance to ensure consistent, transparent messaging on company performance, strategy, and milestones. The VP Investor Relations will also monitor market trends, peer performance, and investor feedback to inform management decision-making and refine communication strategies. Qualifications Strong Investor Relations experience, including managing relationships with institutional and retail investors and equity analysts. Robust Finance and Analytical Skills to interpret financial statements, project economics, and market data, and communicate insights clearly. Demonstrated expertise in Corporate Communications and Press Releases, including drafting, reviewing, and coordinating timely public disclosures. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical and financial concepts in an accessible manner. Experience in the mining, natural resources, or related sectors is highly beneficial, particularly in exploration-stage or development-stage companies. Proven leadership capabilities, with the ability to work collaboratively with executive teams and represent the company in public forums. Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, communications, or a related discipline; an advanced degree or professional designation (e.g., CFA) is an asset. Ability to travel to project locations and investor meetings as required.
