About the role
Brandt Developments has a position available for a Construction Project Manager at our Regina, SK location. The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing construction projects from concept through completion, ensuring alignment with schedule, budget, and quality standards. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in construction project management, with a strong understanding of building systems, and a proven ability to lead teams, coordinate resources, and deliver projects successfully.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Coordinate, schedule, and oversee construction projects from start to finish according to schedule, specifications, and budget.
- Develop and maintain construction schedules and milestones; monitor progress and adjust plans to achieve project goals.
- Prepare and submit accurate construction budgets and cost estimates.
- Lead and supervise subcontractors, consultants, and internal staff to ensure work meets design and quality expectations.
- Ensure project quality, safety, and performance standards are maintained throughout all phases of construction.
- Support the Director of Construction and Site Services and/or Senior Project Managers as needed.
- Foster strong communication and collaboration across project teams, stakeholders, and clients.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and delays.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and company standards.

Required Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in building construction project management.
- Proficiency with project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Architectural Technology Diploma, LEED Certification, or equivalent education/experience is considered an asset.
