As we continue to grow, we’re looking for strong leaders who can uphold our brand standards and support daily operations.
Position Overview We are seeking an experienced and motivated Store Manager to oversee daily operations, lead staff, and ensure an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate is organized, confident, and able to manage both people and processes in a fast‑paced environment.
Key Responsibilities Oversee daily store operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow Lead, train, and support staff to maintain high performance and strong teamwork Ensure food quality, speed, and consistency according to Tokyo Express standards Manage inventory, ordering, waste control, and vendor communication Handle scheduling, shift coverage, and workforce planning Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and compliance with health regulations Resolve customer concerns and ensure excellent service Complete cash handling, deposits, and daily reconciliation Monitor sales, labour costs, and operational performance Support new staff onboarding and ongoing training Communicate effectively with upper management and follow company procedures
Qualifications 2–4 years of experience in restaurant or retail management is an asset. Strong leadership and team‑building skills Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle pressure Experience with cash handling and basic financial reporting Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards Flexible availability (evenings, weekends, peak hours)
