Role Description The Masters of Business Administration – Football Coaching and Analysis at GIS is a remote academic program designed for individuals seeking advanced expertise in the business, coaching, and analytical aspects of football. Day-to-day activities include engaging with online lectures and seminars, completing readings on football business and performance analysis, and participating in virtual discussions with peers and faculty. Learners will work on case studies, group projects, and independent research focused on football coaching methodologies, tactical analysis, data-driven decision-making, and club management. The program also involves regular assignments, reflective practice, and the development of a final project or dissertation that applies business administration principles to real-world football environments.

Qualifications Candidates should possess foundational skills in Business Administration and Business Management, with an interest in applying these concepts to the football and sports industry. Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills, including the ability to interpret data, evaluate performance metrics, and support evidence-based decisions in coaching and sport operations. Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate in remote learning environments, present analysis clearly, and engage with diverse stakeholders in football and sport. Candidates should possess basic competency in Finance, particularly in budgeting, revenue models, and financial planning within sports organizations. Additional beneficial qualifications include prior experience in sport or football-related roles, familiarity with performance analysis tools, strong time management and self-directed learning skills, and an undergraduate degree (or equivalent professional experience) in business, sports management, or a related field.
