We're looking for an experienced Health, Safety & Compliance Specialist to support our branches, coach leaders, conduct audits, and drive continuous improvement across our Health & Safety programs. If you enjoy working in the field, building relationships, and creating safer workplaces, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Do Conduct branch audits, inspections, and field observations Coach leaders and employees on safe work practices Support incident investigations and corrective actions Identify safety trends and improvement opportunities Support COR, ISO, and regulatory compliance programs Coordinate safety training and maintain records Assist with WSIB claims, return-to-work, and policy updates Partner with branch leaders to strengthen our safety culture
What You'll Bring 3+ years' experience in Health & Safety, EHS, or Compliance Experience with audits, inspections, and incident investigations Strong knowledge of occupational Health & Safety legislation Excellent communication, coaching, and organizational skills Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel Nice to Have CRSP, CRST, or other Health & Safety designation COR and/or ISO auditing experience WSIB claims management TDG knowledge Experience in industrial, construction, manufacturing, or regulated service environments
