The Opportunity Reporting directly to the President, the Client Relations Manager is a senior leader who supervises a team of Condominium Managers. This is a service-oriented role that focuses on building strong relationships with our clients (Board Members) while supporting a team of Condominium Managers as they provide management services to the condominium corporations in their portfolios. Core Responsibilities · Supervise a team of General License and Limited License Condominium Managers. · Build relationships with the Board Members of condominiums in your portfolio. · Attend board meetings (occasionally), as required to support your Condominium Managers, meet new board members, or assist with challenging projects/initiatives. · Be the primary contact for escalations. · Chair AGMs and special meetings (rarely). · Conduct performance reviews, lead 1 on 1 meetings with your team, provide feedback on manager and teamwork product (weekly). · Attend senior leadership meetings (weekly). · Ensuring your team is trained and compliant with the Condominium Act of Ontario, CAO and CMRAO regulations, performs monthly inspections at their assigned properties, and ensures site vendors are compliant with our vendor-compliance program. Required Qualifications · 7-12 years of experience in the Ontario condominium management sector with experience managing a team of Condominium Managers. Experience across high rise, townhouse, and shared facilities. · Must hold a General License (CMRAO) in good standing; RCM designation is strongly preferred. · Post-secondary degree in Business, Real Estate, or Engineering (or commensurate experience). · Deep knowledge of Ontario’s condominium legislation, financial budgeting, and large-scale capital project oversight. · Proficiency with property management software (e.g., Condo Manager, Condo Control, Sparcpay) and reporting analytics. Compensation & Executive Benefits · Salary: $100,000 to $120,000, cell phone allowance, CMRAO license fee reimbursement. · Benefits: Comprehensive Health, Dental, and Vision benefits.
