Discover our projects by visiting our website: www.cmc-carrier.com Your Role: As a Project Coordinator, reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for project coordination, schedule tracking, document management, and communication between clients and internal teams. Your primary objective will be to deliver an exceptional customer experience while ensuring thorough and accurate project follow-up. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, structured, proactive, and recognized for their outstanding customer service skills. Key Responsibilities Coordinate Colombarium division projects from contract review through project delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines, client requirements, and technical specifications; Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle; Follow up with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project milestones and schedules are met; Prepare, update, and maintain project-related documentation; Facilitate effective communication between Sales, Operations, and clients; Proactively identify project risks, issues, and discrepancies and recommend solutions to ensure successful project execution; Support the Operations Manager in the day-to-day coordination of activities; Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and work methods; Deliver a premium customer experience aligned with CMC's quality standards; Utilize and optimize the Procore construction management platform. Education and Qualifications Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in project coordination and/or customer service roles; Experience in project-based environments, construction, custom manufacturing, or client coordination is considered a strong asset; Relevant education in administration, management, customer service, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience; Strong proficiency in both French and English, spoken and written, required to support clients across Canada and the United States; Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365; Experience with the Procore construction platform is an asset; Experience with ERP systems, particularly Acumatica, is an asset; Experience managing contracts or customized projects is an asset. Work Schedule Hybrid work arrangement available based on business needs and company policy; Permanent full-time position; Daytime schedule, Monday to Friday; Presence at the Head Office required; Occasional travel within Quebec and the United States (approximately 3 to 4 trips per year).
