THE POSITION Reporting to the 3D Creative Director, Project Lead, 3D/AI Visual Design work closely with the development, leasing, design, and architecture teams to produce multidisciplinary photorealistic visuals that meet the highest quality standards. Each deliverable serves as a strategic tool to position our projects, whether commercial, residential, hospitality, office, or mixed-use and supports decision-making for future tenants, buyers, and partners. These presentations reflect and communicate Carbonleo’s vision in alignment with our values. Responsabilities Model creation and preparation Coordinate, organize, and structure models in collaboration with architects and internal and external technical teams, prioritizing them according to their intended use, project phase, and the specific requirements of each deliverable; Import, clean up, and optimize models from various software platforms (Revit, Rhino, 3ds Max, SketchUp) provided by external partners, including architectural, landscape architecture, and engineering firms, as well as other collaborators—to prepare them for visualization; Create and develop 3D models for a variety of environments and project types, including commercial, hospitality, office, residential, master planning, landscape, and architectural projects; Visual Production Configure and optimize scenes using rendering software (Lumion or equivalent platforms) and produce images and videos for various projects; Utilize generative AI platforms (Krea or equivalent tools) to refine and elevate renderings to Studio3D’s visual standards; Produce short AI-generated animations to enhance project presentations; Ensure visual and narrative consistency across all deliverables; Stay ahead of technological developments and propose innovative solutions aligned with Studio3D’s evolution; Communication and Delivery Prepare final deliverables for Carbonleo’s internal teams in accordance with deadlines and expected quality standards; Actively participate in creative discussions with the design, architecture, and development teams to help evolve and improve projects; Incorporate feedback from internal stakeholders and adjust visuals accordingly to ensure stakeholder satisfaction; Contribute to any other initiatives related to the responsibilities of the position. OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE Advanced Revit expertise — complete mastery of modeling, coordination, and autonomous management of complex models, including coordination with external professionals (architectural, landscape, and engineering firms); solid knowledge of real-time visualization software (Lumion, D5 Render, Twinmotion); Good knowledge of 3ds Max, Rhino, and Photoshop (intermediate level); proficiency in Premiere Pro and After Effects is a plus; Experience with and strong interest in generative AI tools for architectural visualization (Krea, Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, etc.); Technical rigor, versatility, and a proactive attitude toward challenges; Strong autonomy and ability to deliver quality deliverables without constant supervision, while managing multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment; comfortable working collaboratively in a team to develop concepts and shape creative directions; Strong curiosity and a desire to push the boundaries of architectural visualization using emerging technologies; A keen sense of composition, lighting, and architectural atmosphere, with a constant attention to detail and visual quality.
